Please note to request a copy of a police report, please submit your request in writing to the Village of Freeburg Police Department, 14 Southgate Center, Freeburg, IL 62243.   The cost of a police report is $10.00 and checks should be made payable to the Freeburg Police Department.  Copies of Traffic Crash Reports are $5.00.
