Eckert is willing to provide the easement.
The Josephs will pay all cost of expenses involved.
Fire Hydrants: Chief Lee Smith addressed the committee on new fire hydrant for the new annexation areas.
Chief Lee Smith also would like the Village to enter into an intergovernmental agreement whereby the Fire District will be playing an active role in determining the waterline sizes, location of fire hydrants, and review subdivision plats. The Committee felt they should consider the agreement.

allow the Village to do the boring and provide one tap per lot, with Seth
Speiser’s paying for the materials and meter.
