CALL TO ORDER: The Freeburg Regular Board Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m., on Monday, 11/01/04, in the Freeburg Municipal Center by Mayor Allen Watters.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION:
Dambacher: Sue Moritz inquired on the complaints she made in June, July, and September. It has been decided that Mr. Dambacher is grandfather in and he is instructed not to expand his business anymore. This is called due process.
Jim Lester asked what the Village is going to do on the dumpsite he has on his property. Mr. Lester felt the asphalt was considered toxic. EPA and the Corp of Engineering have be at the site and has done nothing about it and we probably won’t either.
Roger Moritz inquired the dimensions of the property.
TIF:
Janet Bachle compared schools grades of Freeburg High and Canton IL. Canton doesn’t come close to Freeburg.
Holly Ziple asked if the Taxing Body Committee goes against the TIF will Trustee Krieg, Trustee Coughlin, Trustee Baker vote will change. Trustees Coughlin and Baker said no. Trustee Krieg could not say what her vote will be at that time.

Leaf Collection: Mayor Allen Watters appointed Lorraine Quirin, Randy Klotz, and Brett Starks for temporary part-time employment for leaf collecting at the rate of $8.00 an hour. Sarah (police dog): A little girl from Millstadt, IL sold candles for Sarah to have a vest, it was school project.
