CALL TO ORDER: The Freeburg Regular Board Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m., on Monday, 11/04/02, in the Freeburg Municipal Center by Mayor Allen Watters.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: The Board members and those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING: Motion made by Trustee Koerber and seconded by Trustee Gaby approving the minutes on 10/21/02.

FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING:

Motion made by Trustee Skaer and seconded by Trustee Baker to approve payment of the claims (11/05/02) in the amount of $46,643.71.  Roll Call: Trustee Rita Baker – aye; Trustee Tom Gaby - aye; Trustee Roger Skaer - aye; Trustee Stan Koerber - aye; Trustee Paul Janssen - aye; Trustee Tracy Coughlin - aye; Motion Carried. Motion made by Trustee Skaer and seconded by Trustee Gaby to pay Mounds Construction in the amount of $6,471.17. ATTORNEY’S REPORT:

Attorney Greg Nold reporting: 

Industrial Park:  Towers Apparatus has issues with contract.

Annexations:  Ongoing issue.

Nuisance Violations:  Mr. Bill Herr of Bill’s Auto Sales pending ticket until Dec. 17, 2002.  Mr. Bill Borrenpohl of Borrenpohl Trailer park pending ticket until Dec. 10, 2002.

Officer Paul Omelson requested a $10.00 fee for housing loose animals.  The Committee felt that no written warnings are to be done.  The Committee felt they should just issue a fine of $25.00.
